Hormone-safe wellness isn’t just a buzzword—it’s something I’ve studied and care about on a personal level. In this post, I shared how diving into hormone health opened my eyes to just how much our everyday choices impact our well-being—especially for women, at every stage of life. From puberty to postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond, our hormones play a critical role in how we feel, function, and show up in the world.
That’s why I am excited to introduce you to Hugh & Grace. Their supplements are not only clean and hormone-safe—they’re thoughtfully formulated by trusted experts using natural ingredients that support the body’s ability to detox, restore, and rebalance from the inside out. I don’t typically rely on supplements—but when it comes to hydration, collagen, and hormone balance, especially as an endurance runner with an active lifestyle, I turn to these products to support my body’s needs—alongside a foundation of clean, intentional eating. Here’s a closer look at the line—and why I use and love these products in my own daily routine:

I recently received my certificate and graduated from the IIN Hormone Health Course — a program I’ve been eager to take for years. As my own hormone health journey continues to evolve - and quite frankly confuse and surprise me - at this stage in my life, this milestone feels especially meaningful.
What’s become increasingly clear to me is that hormone health goes far beyond menstruation, fertility, or menopause. It’s actually a key indicator of so many vital bodily functions. Our thyroid health, gut function, nutrition, sleep, mental health, and cognitive performance are all deeply connected to our hormones — each influencing the other in ways we’re only beginning to fully understand. Now, as both a certified health coach and hormone health coach, I feel even more empowered to support not only my own wellness journey, but hopefully yours as well. Here’s to continued learning, healing, and thriving — together. |
