I'm currently halfway through the IIN Hormone Health Course—a program I've been eager to take for years, especially as my own hormone health journey continues to evolve at this stage in my life. It’s becoming increasingly clear that hormone health goes far beyond menstruation and fertility. In fact, it serves as a key indicator of numerous vital bodily functions. Our thyroid health, gut function, diet, sleep, and cognition are all deeply intertwined with our hormones, each influencing the other in ways we’re just beginning to understand.
