Health Coaching 

"Relationships, career, exercise and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat."
 
As an Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach, I understand that our overall health is impacted by more than just what's on our plate, and take a holistic approach to supporting my clients needs.  My goal is to coach you through improved — and sustainable—  health and happiness.  

From diet and weight loss, fitness and flexibility, joy and productivity, we all are constantly faced with pressures to do more with less time, and usually at the price of our health, confidence and happiness.

As your Health Coach, I will help you define, focus on, and achieve your goals in a way that is sustainable and enjoyable.  Any goal can be accomplished if you learn the distractions that are in your way, navigate the road blocks, and figure out what works for you.  Taking that first step doesn't have to be so daunting. 

Together, we will focus on both primary and secondary foods — meaning, what's not only on our nutritional plate, but what's going on in all other aspects of your life.   What we eat is such a huge indicator of our overall health and happiness, and vice versa. Poor habits = poor choices.  For example: a diet high in sugar and alcohol can lead to poor sleep quality, depression, lack of motivation to workout, and the list goes on.  A job that makes us miserable can lead to vices such as alcohol or food to make us happier.  Planning your wedding can be stressful and time consuming, causing us to slack on self care. 

By joining a 6-month Health Coaching program with me, I will work with you to not only pinpoint unhealthy habits, but establish a way of eating that fits your needs, educate you about real food and how your body processes and utilizes nutrients.  We will also establish practical solutions for healthy living that will make for lasting positive lifestyle changes.

  • Two one-hour calls /or in person meetings per month

  • Unlimited communication with me via text/email 
$150/month for 6 months, $900 total
